Introduction
Vitality HealthCare Services UK Ltd provides specialist residential care and short break (respite) services for children and young people. Our community-based homes are designed to meet a wide range of needs, including emotional and behavioral difficulties, trauma, disabilities, and short-term accommodation.

We will work in partnership with the relevant care authorities including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Local Authorities to facilitate these services to ensure our clients from the Health and Social Care, NHS Continuing Healthcare / Clinical Care Commissioning Group, and private clients are provided with the optimum care and support
their loved ones deserve.

Mission Statement
Our children’s home provides care and accommodation for children aged 8 – 17 who may have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or family breakdown. We support children with emotional and behavioural needs, including those affected by attachment difficulties and mild to moderate mental health challenges.
The home is not designed to accommodate children whose primary needs involve complex physical disabilities requiring full-time medical care or those whose behaviours pose significant risks that exceed our capacity to manage safely.
We aim to offer:

- Individualised care plans that address each child’s emotional, educational, and developmental needs.
- Therapeutic support that promotes healing, resilience, and a positive sense of identity.

Vitality Heathcare Services Limited takes a full approach to how we provide services, keeping our clients at the centre of all we do. We ensure all our clients receive personalized care that addresses their uniqueness. Our specialist Nurses assess individual clients' clinical and social needs to develop a bespoke compressive care and lifestyle plan that also addresses the present and future wishes of our clients. We make sure all our staff goes through a set of specialized training, oversee practical experience, and assess for competence based on their skill set and shadow shifts. All our staff are vetted with enhanced DBS checks regularly. We provide a variety of healthcare packages and engage trained and training for suitable employees to deliver the simplest to the highly technical skills.
