Residential Children’s Care for Young People Aged 8–17

Our residential children’s care service provides safe, nurturing and structured homes for children and young people aged 8–17 who are unable to remain within their family environment. We specialise in supporting young people with complex emotional, behavioural and social needs, offering stability during periods of significant transition or crisis.
Each placement is carefully planned and delivered within a warm, homely setting that prioritises safety, dignity and emotional wellbeing. Young people are supported by consistent staff teams who focus on building trusting relationships, establishing predictable routines and encouraging positive engagement with education, health services and the wider community.
Our care model is trauma-informed and therapeutically grounded, recognising the impact of early life experiences on behaviour and emotional regulation. Clinical oversight from a qualified nurse ensures that health needs, medication management and risk assessments are robust and responsive. Safeguarding leadership embedded within the service provides strong oversight, accountability and multi-agency coordination.
We work in close partnership with local authorities, social workers, education providers and health professionals to ensure that each young person’s care plan is outcome-focused, regularly reviewed and adapted as needs evolve. Our aim is to provide not only immediate safety, but also the foundations for long-term stability and positive development.
