Domiciliary and Community-Based Support

Our domiciliary and community support service provides flexible, responsive support for young people living at home, with family members, foster carers or within supported accommodation. This service is often used as an early intervention or transitional support to stabilise situations and prevent escalation or placement breakdown.

Support is delivered within familiar environments, allowing young people to receive consistent care without disruption to their daily lives. Our staff work closely with families, carers and professionals to promote positive routines, emotional regulation and safe behaviours.

The service is particularly effective for young people experiencing emotional distress, behavioural challenges or difficulties engaging with education or services. By offering structured, trauma-informed support, we help young people develop coping strategies and improve overall stability.

Community-based support is carefully coordinated with wider care plans and reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and proportionate.
