4. Risk Assessment & Due Diligence
We adopt a risk-based approach to identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chains. Measures include:
- Supplier and contractor screening, including contractual anti-slavery clauses.
- Due diligence processes proportionate to the nature of goods and services supplied.
- Ongoing monitoring and corrective action where concerns or non-compliance are identified.
5. Employment Practices

8. Monitoring & Review
Senior management is responsible for monitoring compliance with this policy. The policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by changes in legislation or operational activity.
9. Supplier Expectations
We expect all suppliers and partners to uphold high ethical standards and implement appropriate measures to prevent modern slavery. We may request evidence of compliance and reserve the right to conduct audits where appropriate.
10. Consequences of Breach
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, or referral to appropriate authorities where required.
