Supported Living for Young People

Our supported living service is designed for young people who are developing independence but continue to require structured support, guidance and safeguarding oversight. This service is particularly suitable for young people transitioning from residential care or those who benefit from a less intensive setting while still needing professional support.
Support is tailored to each young person’s abilities, risks and aspirations. Staff provide practical assistance with daily living skills such as budgeting, meal preparation, time management and maintaining a safe living environment, alongside emotional support and mentoring.
A strong emphasis is placed on building confidence, decision-making skills and resilience. Young people are encouraged to engage positively with education, training or employment opportunities while knowing that consistent support is available when challenges arise.
Clinical and safeguarding oversight ensures that risks are appropriately managed and that emotional wellbeing remains central to the service. Supported living aims to empower young people to move forward with confidence while maintaining stability and safety.
