Tailored Solo Placements for Children with Complex Needs

Our tailored solo placements provide highly individualised care for children and young people whose needs cannot be safely met within group environments. These placements are designed for young people with complex trauma, high risk profiles or vulnerabilities such as exploitation, significant emotional dysregulation or placement instability.
Solo placements offer a calm, low-stimulus environment with consistent staffing, allowing young people to feel safe, understood and supported. Care is delivered on a one-to-one basis, enabling staff to respond immediately to emotional needs, behaviours and risks.
Clinical oversight ensures that care plans are informed by professional assessment and therapeutic principles. Safeguarding leadership ensures that risks are identified early, managed effectively and reviewed in partnership with external agencies.
The focus of solo placements is stabilisation, relationship-building and gradual progress towards longer-term care solutions.
