Vitality Healthcare Services is a specialist provider of residential care for children and young people aged 8–18. Based in Essex, we deliver trauma-informed, therapeutically grounded support within safe, stable and nurturing homes.

We work with local authorities across the UK to provide emergency, short-term, and long-term residential placements, including solo and high-support packages for complex needs.

Our Registered Manager is a qualified nurse with extensive experience supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and health needs.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead has over 20 years of experience working in children’s social care across multiple local authorities.
Their responsibilities include:
- Leading safeguarding practice
- Liaising with social workers, police, LADO and other agencies
- Ensuring policy compliance
- Training the staff team
- Overseeing record keeping and reporting

Our Responsible Individual is a qualified, experienced social worker who has managed numerous services within local authorities.
